Harassment, Willow Hall (reported at 2:55 p.m.). A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance.

Driving Violation, Union Drive (reported at 7:22 p.m.). David Bertolino, 23, of 2519 Chamberlain Ave. #205, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.

Feb. 18

(reported at 7:16 p.m.) Chris Lott, 22, 221 Crystal St. #298, was arrested and charged with domestic assault, willful injury, kidnapping in the 3rd degree and failure to appear – contempt of court.

(reported at 8:39 p.m.) Brandon Ripley, 26, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with theft and forgery.

(reported at 11: 36 p.m.) Max Diedrichs, 41, 3406 S. Duff Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

(reported at 11:45 p.m.) Jeremy Price, 32, of Boone, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

(reported at 10:35 a.m.) Judith Koplin, 63, 1415 24th St., was arrested and charged with simple harassment.

(reported at 11:30 a.m.) Whitney Goodwin, 18, 414 S. 4th. St. #102, was arrested and charged with theft in the 4th degree.
