(reported at 2:41 a.m.) Michael Hauptman, 19, 2328 Donald St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (2nd offense) and driving while barred.

(reported at 3:00 a.m.) Dustin Pender, 21, of Boone, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

(reported at 8:00 p.m.) Paul Dyer, 25, of Indianola, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
