How the Buffaloes fared last week
November 9, 2007
Last week:
It was a disaster. The Buffaloes allowed Missouri to pass all over them, giving up 598 total yards of offense, 429 of which came through the air. Missouri’s Chase Daniel was 26-for-44 with five touchdowns and one interception, helping the Tigers trounce Colorado, 55-10. The Buffalo offense didn’t fare any better than its defense, netting just 196 total yards of offense.
What to watch for:
With the way Chase Daniel passed all over the Buffaloes last week, it would not be a surprise to see Todd Blythe and Bret Meyer hold a critical role in their final game at Jack Trice Stadium. Colorado may be thinking aerial assault as well, however, seeing as how the ISU defense allowed nearly 350 yards through the air last week against Kansas State.
