Amy Lee VanMeter, 19, 2305 Larch Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age and harassment of a public official.

OWI, S. Fourth Street and University Boulevard. Andrew Birdsall, 22, 218 S. Walnut Ave. #3, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Theft, Agronomy Hall. A staff member reported the theft of cash from a purse.

Domestic dispute, Schilletter Village. Officers mediated a domestic dispute that involved no injuries.

Traffic collision, Lot 62. A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Stephanie Pugh.

Driving violation, Mortensen Road and State Avenue. Robert Taylor, 23, 1300 Coconino Road #23, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.

Traffic collision, 13th Street. A vehicle driven by Robert Cassidy was involved in a personal injury collision. His vehicle left the roadway and came to rest on the disc golf course. Cassidy was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment and evaluation.

.02 civil violation/alcohol violation, Bissell Road and Union Drive. Ryan Murphy, 20, of Jefferson, was cited for underage possession of alcohol and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was additionally referred to DOT officials for a .02 civil violation.

Assault/alcohol violation, Willow Hall. Jesse Turner, 18, 5366 Larch Hall, was arrested and charged with simple assault and underage possession of alcohol.
