Criminal Mischief, Lot 61. A staff member reported that a vehicle and a trailer had been spray-painted. The incident occurred sometime since Oct. 26.

Theft, Parks Library. A staff member reported the theft of several textbooks from a bag.

Criminal Mischief, Lot 63. Tanner Twetten reported that someone broke the passenger-side mirror of his vehicle.

Motor Vehicle Collision, Pammel Drive and Stange Road. Vehicles driven by Alan Myers and Robert Beck were involved in a property damage collision.

Suspicious Activity, Parks Library. A patron reported seeing a suspicious man staring at women.

Alcohol Violation, Frederiksen Court. Celeste White, 20, 5326 Frederiksen Court, and Allison Wonder, 19, of Carroll, were cited for underage possession of alcohol.

Medical Assist, Pammel Drive. Officers assisted a woman who was experiencing emotional difficulties. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment and observation.

Driving Violation, Bissell Road and Osborn Drive. A vehicle being driven without headlights was stopped. The driver, a 14-year-old female, was found to be operating without a valid license. All involved juveniles were released to their respective parents.

Theft, Lot 60. Jenny Calsyn reported the theft of a stereo faceplate.

Domestic Disturbance, University Village. A male resident wished to speak with an officer regarding ongoing problems with his spouse.

OWI, Florida Avenue and Ontario Street. Tiara Kennedy, 24, 205 S. Fifth St. #902, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Domestic Disturbance, University Village . A resident reported a disagreement between her husband and her mother. The situation was mediated.
