Nicholas Cullinan, 21, 4510 Steinbeck St. #3, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Troy Ditmer, 18, of Lacona, and two juveniles were cited for underage possession of alcohol. The juveniles were referred to Juvenile Court Services.

A staff member reported the theft of a golf cart. An officer located the vehicle in the 300 block of Lynn Avenue. Investigation is continuing to determine whether the operator had permission to possess the cart.

Officers assisted a woman who had fallen. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment
