Driving violation, Lincoln Way and Welch Avenue (reported at 2:12 a.m.). Mark Williams, 19, 1117 Wheeler St., and Aaron Busch, 20, 1219 24th St., were arrested and charged with drag racing and reckless driving. They were subsequently released on citation.

Criminal mischief, Woodruff Farm (reported at 3:26 p.m.). A staff member reported damage to fields caused by dirt bikes and four-wheel drive vehicles.

Found property, Power Plant (reported at 3:53 p.m.). A found key was placed into secure storage.

Theft, Lot 93 (reported at 5:12 p.m.). A staff member reported the theft of a parking permit from a vehicle.

Welfare check, Lake LaVerne (reported at 5:17 p.m.). Officers checked the welfare of a man who was allegedly contemplating self-harm.

Criminal mischief, Lot 59A (reported at 5:26 p.m.). Maria Smith reported damage to a vehicle tire.

Criminal mischief, Horse Barns (reported at 5:33 p.m.). Donna Nelson reported damage to the finish of a car.
