Texas at Iowa State
Pat: Texas – Good luck against your former team, Gene.
Luke: Iowa State – Fans will rush the field twice this season.
Kyle: Iowa State – I’ve been predicting this win since June.
Chris: Iowa State – Me too. but can Texas really lose three times in a row?
Baylor at Kansas
Pat: Kansas – Over/under on Mangino’s lunch: three Big Macs.
Luke: Kansas – Jayhawks are ranked for the first time since 1996.
Kyle: Kansas – Real mature, Pat.
Chris: Kansas – Just one time this season I want to pick Baylor.
Missouri at Oklahoma
Pat: Missouri – Pinkel fails to blow a good season for at least one more week.
Luke: Oklahoma – Not going to be as close as people think.
Kyle: Oklahoma – Missouri has impressed me. They are not quite ready for this step.
Chris: Missouri – I’m going against the home team here, but I’m trying to pick up a point.
Oklahoma State at Nebraska
Pat: Nebraska – Not sure about this one, though.
Luke: Oklahoma State – Cornhusker fans will work themselves into a frenzy after this one.
Kyle: Oklahoma State – I’m not picking Nebraska to win again until they prove me wrong.
Chris: Oklahoma State – What a collapse against A&M. I can’t believe Nebraska is so bad I’m still picking the Cowboys.
Colorado at Kansas State
Pat: Colorado – Big 12 football never treated Dan Hawkins so well.
Luke: Kansas State – Gut feeling on this one.
Kyle: Kansas State – Kansas State is still going to contend for the North.
Chris: Colorado – Colorado is just sitting just outside of the top 25. Remember when that looked like a winnable game for Iowa State?
Illinois at Iowa
Pat: Illinois – Battle of two teams that I hate, and I hope they both somehow manage to lose.
Luke: Illinois – Iowa, Iowa fans have problems.
Kyle: Iowa – Illinois will have a classic letdown, Iowa will ride the momentum of the Kinnick crowd. Either that or the Illini will slaughter them.
Chris: Illinois – I’m drinking the Illinois Kool-aid . or “Juice” if you will. Oh, and Drew Tate is better than Jake Christensen, and that’s not a compliment.
Purdue at Michigan
Pat: Michigan – Close game. M Go Blue!
Luke: Purdue – Big 10 game of the week.
Kyle: Michigan – It will come down to the final possession.
Chris: Michigan – They got 31 votes, and are just outside of the AP top 25.
LSU at Kentucky
Pat: LSU – Read back about three weeks. As I said, LSU is the clear-cut No. 1, especially now. Thanks, Stanford.
Luke: Kentucky – Another one goes down. Two extra days to prepare – Wildcats pull upset at home.
Kyle: LSU – LSU is the class of the SEC.
Chris: LSU – I thought Florida would pull it off, but you got to hand it to LSU for coming back. Should be tough on the road though.
UCF at South Florida
Pat: South Florida. Former coach McCarney vs. former defensive coordinator Skladany. Good thing Barney Cotton isn’t involved, or we’d be seeing the option successfully fail all night long.
Luke: South Florida – Central Florida competed with Texas earlier in the year, should have won. McCarney has a clear advantage in talent in this one. Time to jump on the Bulls’ bandwagon.
Kyle: South Florida – How can you not be happy for coach Mac? South Florida will keep on rolling.
Chris: South Florida – The unstopabulls? The unbelieveabulls? Only the one and only Chicago . err . South Florida Bulls.
Wisconsin at Penn State
Pat: Penn State – Playing the Happy Valley odds on this one.
Luke: Wisconsin – Should be a good game.
Kyle: Wisconsin – Neither one of these teams are as good as we thought. Wisconsin will bounce back after losing to Illinois.
Chris: Penn State – I just want to thank Wisconsin for being upset by Illinois, and gaining me a point.
One more time?
