Assault, Larch Hall (reported at 3:54 a.m.). A resident reported being assaulted by an acquaintance.

Traffic collision, Lot 89 (reported at 3:21 p.m.). A vehicle driven by Jessica Ohlinger struck a car owned by Marvin Crosby.

Oct. 8

Public intoxication/drug violation/interference, 100 block of Welch Avenue (reported at 1:51 a.m.). Andrew Hernandez, 27, 120 Welch Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and interference with official acts. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

Theft, Maple Hall (reported at 2:20 p.m.). Stephan Jossie reported the theft of a bike.

Traffic Collision, S. Fourth Street and University Boulevard (reported at 3:06 p.m.). Vehicles owned and/or driven by Ladonna Allen and James Miller were involved in a property damage collision.

Theft, Carver Hall (reported at 3:14 p.m.). Mason Arnold reported the theft of an iPod.
