Trains Chambers, 19, 511 E. First St. #107, was cited for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

Brandon Chambers, 20, 511 E. First St. #107, was cited for possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

Mark Robert Booth, 37, 200 Abraham Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication (third offense).

Anthony William Taylor Jr., 18, 4403 Toronto St., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.

Elizabeth Fetzer, 22, of West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.

Bruce Allen Simpson, 49, of Charles City, was arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, operating while intoxicated (second offense) and driving under suspension.

Randy Silverthorn, 47, 1725 Burnett Ave., was arrested on a warrant and charged with third-degree theft.

Bradley W. Kearney, 50, 710 Seventh St., was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.
