• Francis Brewer IV, 22, 321 Main St., was arrested on a warrant for public intoxication.
• Devolia M. Martin, 21, 219 S. Sherman Ave. apt. #7, was arrested and charged with one felony count of identity theft and five misdemeanor counts of identity theft.
• Scott Olsen, 48, 2026 Jensen Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Benjamin McWherter, 30, 843 W. 190th St. apt. #33, was arrested on a warrant for driving under suspension.

April 13

• Andrew J. Rand, 22, 224 Hayward Ave. apt. #307, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference.
• Kyle Messerly, 21, 121 Beach Ave. apt. #305, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Chad Asberry, 21, 1532 Little Blue Stem Court, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and a seat belt violation.
• Joseph Craig Michaud, 20, 3413 Coy St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael Joseph Hofbauer, 22, of Coon Rapids, was arrested and charged with a violation of a no contact order.

April 14

• Jeff Wayne Franklin, 53, 523 7th St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Anthony Brewer, 20, 405 Wellons Circle, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Adam Hamdi-Pacha, 21, 7235 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and fourth degree criminal mischief.
• Serena April Mayfield, 22, 3824 Tripp St. apt. #223, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Andrew Steven Frana, 20, 600 Squaw Creek Drive apt. #336, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Brandon Peterson, 20, of Boone, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Mathew James Bridges, 20, 3417 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Larry W. Brown, 39, 225 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with driving while revoked.
• Troy Chatlin, 26, 4912 Mortensen Road apt. #1011, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Daniel W. Michael, 22, 4912 Mortensen Road apt. #634, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
• Michael Patrick Frederick, 40, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
