  • Gerald Anthony Davis, 35, 1017 Clark Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

  • Richard Lee Claussen, 53, 1404 Crescent St., was arrested and charged with driving while barred.

April 6

  • Andrew Tong, 20, 224 Ash Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Gregory Keely, 33, 600 Crawford Ave., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
  • Heidi L. Slaybaugh, 22, of Colo, was arrested and charged with third degree theft.

April 7

  • Brandon Scott Moorman, 23, 301 S. Russell Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interference.
  • Marcus Jacob Allan, 23, of Lamont, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Logan Wirth, 19, 1011 Kellogg Ave. apt. #4, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
  • Draylih Scott, 29, 4130 Lincoln Swing apt. #42, was arrested on a warrant for serious assault.
  • Willis Alexander, 48, 4549 Steinbeck St. apt. #3, was arrested on a warrant for fifth degree theft.
  • Douglas A. Alfscike, 36, of Jewell, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked.
  • Pete Lee Beenken, 25, of Waterloo, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
