  • Erin Grace Smidt, 24, 528 Billy Sunday Road apt. #304, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
  • Tony Mora, 43, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and a violation of a no contact order.
  • Keith Brian Beth, 40, 720 Kellogg Ave. apt. #103, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault.
  • Michael James Aagensen, 20, 5023 Kansas Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Everly P. Keeton, 21, 1231 North Dakota Ave. apt. #11, was arrested on a warrant for delivery of marijuana.
  • Andrew Jonathan Blize, 21, 215 Stanton Ave. apt. #603, was arrested and charged with interference with official acts.

  • Molly Daub, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with first degree burglary and serious domestic assault.
