• Ramiro Marcias, 21, 1401 Florida Ave., was arrested and charged with fifth degree theft and providing false information.
• Tony Mora, 43, of Nevada, was arrested on five warrants.
• Tristram Poole, 25, of Boone, was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment.
• Leonard M. Hedum, 23, of Webster City, was arrested on a warrant for a parole revocation.

April 24

• Eric Kale, 41, 511 S. Dewey St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Thomas M. Flaws, 23, 1013 Vermont Court, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Susan Sims, 24, 4130 Lincoln Swing apt. #29, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

• Antoinette McHerron, 20, 328 S. Russell Ave., was arrested on a warrant for driving under suspension and a warrant for failure to appear.
