• Jeremiah Wismer, 26, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving without a license.
• Kyle Lowe, 23, 202 Ken Maril Road, was arrested on a warrant for a material witness.
• Jason Weigel, 24, of Boone, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance – marijuana.

April 10

• Ernest Roberts, 34, 126 Beedle Drive apt. #209, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Jacob Leroy Frank, 19, of Zearing, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Dennis John Morgan, 56, of Big Bend, Wis., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and fifth degree criminal mischief.

April 11

• Buck Lee Hayes, 26, 117 North Oak Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
