• Frank Douglas Richardson, 22, 540 Latrobe Ave. was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Nick Francis Loew, 45, 439 S. Maple Ave. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

March 1

• Darell Green, 22, 428 S. 4th St. apt. #5, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief in the second degree and failure to appear.
• Douglas Berglund, 38, of Radcliff, was arrested on a warrant for possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
• William Alvarez, 34, 629 Meadow Place, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, public intoxication, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.

March 2

• Brian Kenneth Sherer, 20, 412 Westbrook Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.

March 3

• Connor James Williams, 22, 300 Stanton Ave. apt. #405, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Eric Solomon Thompson, 24, 3917 Tripp St. apt. #4, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Melissa Kay Arneson, 26, of West Des Moines, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Jarrod S. Bone, 22, 1124 Iowa Ave., was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and interference.

March 4

• Jon Allen Hoffa, 34, 4127 Toronto St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
• Molly Marie Hammen, 29, 4405 Castlewood Place apt. #4, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
