Feb. 22

  • An MP3 player that was allegedly taken during a civil dispute was placed into secure storage.
  • Officers assisted a resident who had fallen. The person was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Feb. 23

  • Jonathan Lore, 21, 4345 Maricopa Drive apt. #2, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
  • Patricia Haynes, 23, 905 Dickinson Ave. apt. #209, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
  • An employee slipped and fell in a parking lot; no immediate medical attention was required.
  • A day planner and cash were placed into secure storage until the owner can be identified.
  • A resident reported being assaulted by a relative. Luke LeClere, 21, 147A University Village, was subsequently arrested on a warrant, charging him with serious assault.
  • A staff member reported receiving a harassing e-mail message.
  • Jordana Carroll, 21, 48B Schilletter Village, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. She was additionally taken into custody on a warrant held by another agency.
  • Christopher Beekman, 21, of Humboldt, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.

Feb. 24

  • Adolfa Ninaquispe-Sing, 22, 4130 Lincoln Swing apt. #43, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.
  • Ayisha Al-Hassan, 22, 134J University Village, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, driving while barred, driving under suspension and failing to provide proof of insurance.
  • Chasen Mathies, 21, of Mallard, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
  • A van driven by Melissa Schraufnagel struck a parked vehicle.
  • Vehicles driven by Xavier McKinney and Tamiko Rettle were involved in a property damage collision.
  • A vehicle driven by Christian Jensen struck a car operated by Geoff Huff.

Feb. 25

  • Vehicles driven by Sayler Boylan and James Evans were involved in a property damage collision.
  • A resident reported having a disagreement with an acquaintance.
  • Vehicles driven by William Morrison and Chad Lovig were involved in a collision; no damage was observed.
  • Kathy McElroy, of Council Bluffs, reported losing a cellular telephone.

Feb. 26

  • A student reported the theft of cash and jewelry from a vehicle.
  • Sharon Davis, 166F University Village, reported the theft of a garden tool.
  • Vehicles driven by Jerome Busta and Theodore Schiefen were involved in a property damage collision.
