Feb. 4

• Mark Matthew Koontz, 20, 3905 Tripp St. apt. #10, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
• Ashley Carlson, 19, 3905 Tripp St. apt. #10, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
• Marie Terronez, 19, 3905 Tripp St. apt. #10, was arrested on a warrant for fifth degree theft and was charged with possession of marijuana.
• Brant Lemer, 36, 5615 West Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Eric Solomon Thompson, 24, 3917 Tripp St. apt. #4, was arrested and charged with obstruction and a violation of a no-contact order.

Feb. 5

• Nichole Hicks, 34, 4403 Toronto St. apt. #4, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Jonathan Gardner, 21, no permanent address, was arrested and charged with a parole violation.
• Bruce Alan Mann, 22, 3709 Tripp St. apt. #104, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment.

Feb. 6

• Antoine Worthum, 18, 229 South Washington Ave. apt. #2, was arrested on a warrant for burglary and two counts of probation revocation.
• James Patrick Frazier, 21, of Earlham, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft and a warrant for probation revocation.
• Michael A. Zanoni, 29, 3006 Grand Ave. apt. #1, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.
