Feb. 14

• Andrew Roe Otte, 20, 4325 Maricopa Drive apt. #7, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana.
• Jordan Johnson, 29, 3304 Emerald Drive, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
• Joanna Holmes, 19, 113 Fifth St. apt. #202, was arrested on a warrant for a filing a false report.

Feb. 15

• Tristan Frangos, 19, 2314 Broadmore Ave., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Tyson Troxel, 32, 3925 Calhoun Ave. apt. #2, was arrested and charged with filing a false report, failure to maintain control and striking fixtures.
• Clay Edwin Edge, 20, 201 Gray Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (first offense).

Feb. 16

• Anthony Henry Cruz, 42, 211 North Hazel Ave., was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
• Tyler Scott Kerr, 25, of Boone, was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief and was charged with possession of marijuana.
• Rebecca Lenore Fowler, 31, 2101 Oakland Ave. apt. #225, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked.
• Rochelle Lynn Asche, 39, 115 14th St., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Robert Dean Asche, 40, 115 14th St., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 17

• Zachary S. Gates, 21, 521 Stanton Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Shannon Lewis, 20, 392 Linden Hall, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Braden T. Miller, 22, 2992 West St. apt. #11, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Victoria L. Brown, 20, 2102 Sunset Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Sara Davidson, 21, 230 Campus Ave. apt. #421, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Joshua Haggard, 20, of Boone, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault.
• Michael Monahan, 33, 428 Stonehaven Drive apt. #17, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene.

• Susan Marie Hemann, 18, 4061 Oak Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Timothy Allen Johnson, 21, of Hartley, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Riley Michael Larson, 20, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with serious assault.
