Feb. 5
- Vehicles driven by Margaret Highland and Bret Heuberger were involved in a property-damage collision.
- Gregory Keely, 32, 600 Crawford St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
- Officers checked the welfare of a resident upon the request of his parents.
- Nathaniel Slayton, 2279 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a laptop computer from his room.
- Tracie Tholen, 3214 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of several kitchen-related items.
- Johanna Turner, 20, 1030 Buchanan Hall, was arrested on warrants, charging her with forgery and harassment. The charges stem from unauthorized purchases made to a person’s debit card.
Feb. 6
- A vehicle driven by Amanda Wentzel struck a fence.
- Officers responded to a fire alarm caused by a smoke detector being activated in University Village. Information will be forwarded to the Department of Residence for review.
Feb. 7
- Christopher Williams, 25, of Boone, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.
- Joshua Bailey, 34, of Goldfield, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
- A student officer observed graffiti written on a pole and a door at the Hub.
