Feb. 14

  • Officers checked the welfare of a resident upon a relative’s request. The individual was encouraged to contact his

    family.

  • Feb. 15

    • Dylan Long, 26, of 4901 Todd Drive apt. 46, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and open

      container.

    • An abandoned briefcase was placed into secure storage until the owner can be notified.
    • Vehicles driven by Charles Hartwig and Aaron Neville were involved in a property damage collision.
    • A student parking enforcement officer reported an individual behaved in a threatening manner.
    • Officers initiated a computer-related investigation for another agency.
    • Ryan Carlson, of 2222 Martin Hall, reported the theft of a laptop computer.

    Feb. 16

    • Police received a report of a disruptive man who had

      damaged a printer in the 4-H extension youth office; he was gone upon officer arrival. Loren Porter, age 27, of 5910 Lincoln Way apt. 203, was later arrested on warrants, charging him with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and assault.

    • A resident reported the theft of a laptop computer.
    • A found watch was placed into secure storage.
    • Michael Bunkers, 19, of 2253 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Jared Kozitza, 19, of 2238 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Timothy Meyer, 18, of 2209 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Luke Romens, 19, of 2249 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Andrew McElligott, 19, of 2261 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Derek Tanner, 18, of 2249 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Andrew Adams, 18, of 2234 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • John Shroyer, 18, of 2214 Willow Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
    • Yelizaveta Treyger, 19, of Skokie, Ill., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts.

    Feb. 17

    • A staff member reported someone broke a pane of glass and entered a room; nothing was taken.
    • A vehicle driven by Donna Erickson slid off the road and struck a fence.
    • Meghan Roberts, of 4589 Friley Hall, reported the theft of an iPod from an unlocked room.
