The information in this log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 19

  • A student reported being assaulted by an acquaintance. The victim does not wish for charges to be filed at this time.
  • A resident reported someone made unauthorized purchases on a credit card.
  • A student reported losing her purse somewhere on campus. A report was initiated.

Feb. 20

  • Officers provided medical assistance to a man. The patient was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center.
  • A patron reported the theft of two coats at Hilton Coliseum. It was later learned the items had simply been misplaced.
  • Officers assisted a resident who injured her hand. The person was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Feb. 21

  • Brittany Overstreet, 19, 2226 Frederiksen Court, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. She was subsequently released on citation.
  • Tiara Kennedy, 23, of 428 Stonehaven Drive apt. #13, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
  • Nathan Pederson, 23, of Fort Dodge, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
  • A staff member reported a person exited the Memorial Union parking ramp without paying for parking services.
