• Michael A. Zanoni, 29, 3006 Grand Ave. apt. #1, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 1

• Joshua Allen Ewing, 28, of Kelly, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• William Thomsen, 41, 516 N. Dakota Ave. apt. #49, was arrested and charged with simple assault.

• David Nida, 23, 2819 West St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ryan Wagner, 19, 2819 West St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

• Michael Etringer, 25, 2819 West St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

• Jonathan W. Blase, 31, 2709 Lincoln Way, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana.

• Kenneth Earl Talbert, 52, 3114 Rosewood Circle, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (first offense).

• Matthew Bertagnolli, 26, 1533 Ridgewood Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Brian Christopher Parsons, 22, 2910 West St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Shane Ray Sinn, 25, of Ogden, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense).

• Jarrod Boone, 21, 1124 Iowa Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

• Brandon Overton, 24, 219 S. Sherman Ave. apt. #5, was arrested and charged with interference, public intoxication, assault and assault on a public official.

• Andrew Overton, 28, 219 S. Sherman Ave. apt. #5, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Jamie Beck, 28, of Story City, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.

• Shawn A. Moran, 23, of Boone, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Lorraine Yorgensen, 45, 57038 170th St., was arrested and charged with serious domestic assault, serious assault and criminal mischief.

• Michael Hauptman, 18, 2328 Donald St., was arrested and charged with obstruction.

• Daniel Kane McGuire, 22, 807 Northwestern Ave. apt. #101, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and public urination.
