• Jeffrey Heslop, 26, no permanent address, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.
• Sean Ryan Kelly, 28, 115 South Dakota Ave., was arrested on two warrants for probation revocation.
• Calley Ann Watson, 21, 321 Main St., was arrested on a warrant for conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and child endangerment.
• Daniel K. McGuire, 22, 807 Northwestern Ave. apt. #101, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Joel B. Drinnin, 27, 2420 Knapp St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Derrick A. Belton, 23, 115 E. 14th St., was arrested on a warrant for aggravated assault and assault on a public official.

Feb. 21

• Meghan Ferrie, 21, 4112 Lincoln Swing apt. #317, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Timothy D. Tasler, 21, 5207 Terrace Road, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Vernie E. Hawkins, 59, 222 Hickory Drive, was arrested on a warrant for operating while intoxicated.
• Matthew Bradley Gibson, 22, 4325 Todd Drive apt. #103, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft and third-degree burglary.
