• Joseph Olson, 20, of Madrid, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

• Gregory Keely, 33, 225 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Dustin Douglas Debolt, 19, 2121 Sunset Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• Shawn Evan Deal, 24, 3304 Polaris Drive apt. #6, was arrested and charged with driving while barred.
• Matthew R. Gabel, 21, of LeMars, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Jamar White, 24, of Lamoni, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interference.
• Jeremiah Joseph Day, 31, of Newton, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Jorge Gonzalez Mendez, 22, 2304 Wallace Road, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• John K. Holscher, 25, 2916 Bayberry Road, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Wade A. Miller, 34, 2310 258th St., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
• Christian Peter Jensen, 39, 843 W. 190th St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.

• Julie Marie Milder, 21, 210 Gray Ave., apt. #107, was arrested and charged with serious assault.
