Jan. 16

• A dining services staff member reported the theft of a four-tier cake. The incident occurred on Friday.

  n Vehicles driven by Lisa Ekholm and Raymond Vannausdle were involved in a property damage collision.

• Shannon Bussone, 5335 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of a camera and cash.
• Andre Williams, 23, Des Moines, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was subsequently released on citation.

Jan. 17

• Officers responded to a report of a fire in an outlying barn near the Veterinary Medicine facility. A spark from a cutting torch caused damage to a towel and an extension cord. The fire was immediately extinguished.
• Vehicles driven by Klint Kruse and Amanda Osborn were involved in a property damage collision.
• A student reported losing a wallet, possibly in Lagomarcino Hall or MacKay Hall.
