• Maria Pooja, 24, 1610 Maxwell Ave., was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft.
• Joshua Czapla, 27, 203 S. Fifth St. apt. #406, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and was ticketed for a seatbelt violation.
• Jacob Leroy Frank, 19, of Zearing, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and intoxication.
• Joshua Jeremiah Haggard, 20, 113 Fifth St. apt. #202, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Benjamin Joseph Yungclas, 20, 113 Fifth St. apt. #202, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
• Raymond Lee Miller, 18, 113 Fifth St. apt. #202, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

• Nathaniel Mose, 52, 4713 Toronto St. apt. #3, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Todd James Moore, 35, of Gilbert, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), eluding, interference, driving with a revoked license (third offense) and failure to maintain safety belts.
• Clint Levi Smith, of Newton, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
