• Anthony Thomas Koranda, 19, 2824 Oakland St. was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and operating while intoxicated.
• James Kreber Crockett, 19, 2813 Arbor St. was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 23

• Steven Wailes, 53, 211 State Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense).
• Jeffrey Heslop, 25, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Dinka Omerasevic, of Des Moines, and Nicholas Charley, of Ankeny, were involved in a property damage collision.
• Patrick Clayton, 4543 Friley Hall, reported the theft of a laptop computer from an unlocked den.
• William Schmitt, 4531 Friley Hall, reported the theft of an iPod from an unlocked room.
• Andrew Frana reported the theft of a cellular telephone.
• Karl Jermaine Flagg, 21, 4415 Ontario St. was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Anthony A. Cooley, 30, 4611 Mortensen Rd. was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Randolph Scott Holtum, 53, of Sherman, TX was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Christopher Stephen Arku, 20, 200 Stanton Ave. apt. #704 was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

• Eric Solomon Thompson, 24, 3917 Tripp St. apt. #4 was arrested and charged with domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict serious injury.
