• Paul Richard Skjordal, 25, of Boone, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.
• Rebecca L. Fowler, 31, 2102 Oakwood Road, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Jonathan V. Ricklefs, 21, 307 S. Second St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Christopher A. Meek, 22, 4700 Mortensen Road apt. #212, was arrested for public intoxication.
• Javier H. Hortiz, 20, 205 S. Fifth St. apt. #914, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
• Kelly Ann D’Agostino, 20, of Iowa City, was arrested and charged with harassment of a public official, minor on premises and possession of a fake ID.
• Jonathan Paul Heinen, 33, of Hubbard, was arrested and charged with driving under revocation.
• Joey M. Spence, 18, of Gilbert, was arrested and charged with harassment of a public official and driving under suspension.

• Stacie Sue Wright, 37, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Christopher Daniels, 21, 1307 Coconino Road apt. #314, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Juventino Garcia-Carrillo, 22, 2417 Ferndale Ave. apt. #1, was arrested and charged with interference and obstructing.
• Matthew Douglas Harbour, 23, 1329 Woodstock Ave., was arrested and charged with a violation of a no-contact order.
• Brian Sean Moran, 29, 3306 Grand Ave. apt. #1, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.
