Jan. 11
- Andrew Aspelund, 22, 3300 Woodland St., was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
- James Gentry, 24, of Garden Grove, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
- Vehicles driven by Timothy Fay and Christopher Deckard were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 47.
- John Ascherl, 4912 Mortensen Road, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime during September 2006.
Jan. 12
- An officer on patrol observed a vehicle that had struck a tree. Diego Fernando Caicedo, 34, of Huxley, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated (third offense), driving while barred, careless driving and failure to present proof of insurance.
- Jeremy Weigel, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and driving under suspension.
- Jonathan Gardner, 21, 6081 Arrasmith Trail, was cited for possession of an open container in a motor vehicle.
- Michael Peterson, 20, of Ogden, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
- A staff member reported the theft of a desktop computer from the Seed Science Center. The incident occurred sometime since Jan. 9.
- Davin Rankin, 20, 4124 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
Jan. 13
- Officers investigating a suspicious odor in Friley Hall confiscated a quantity of alcohol from a room where underage persons were present.
- Micaela Kluver, 19, of 1502 Steinbeck St. apt. 4, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, underage possession of alcohol and open container.
- Vehicles driven by Anne Todey and Brooke Berg were involved in a property damage collision.
Jan. 14
- A 17-year-old female was referred to Juvenile Court Services for underage possession of alcohol. She was then released to the care and custody of an adult.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a utility pole.
- Vehicles driven by Robert Coffelt and Adam McPherson were involved in a property damage collision.
- A found parking sign was placed into secure storage.
Jan. 15
- Austin Roggatz, 19, 4122 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
- A student officer observed an individual climbing through a window in Helser Hall. Zakory Ward, 19, 1590 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. He was subsequently released on citation.
- Rachel Rosenboom reported the theft of a coat and a cellular telephone.
- Catherine A. Hermon, 37, 213 S. Franklin Ave., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
- Andrew Noll, 21, 4510 Steinbeck Ave. apt. #4, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
