• Jonathan Michael Perrone, 20, 4912 Mortensen Road apt. #1133, was arrested on a warrant for first-degree theft.

• Rosell Hines, 31, of Chicago, was arrested and charged with interference, harassment and providing false information.
• James M. Shipley, 27, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.

• Johnathon A. Stone, 19, 225 Crystal St. apt. #109, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
• Matthew Douglas Harbour, 23, 221 S. Kellogg Ave. apt. #3, was arrested and charged with interference.
• Khan Hoangvan, 43, of Jewell, was arrested and charged with third offense possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.
• Sean Ryan Kelly, 28, 115 S. Dakota Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.
• Jordan Johnson, 24, 3304 Emerald Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

• Anthony John Laubenthal, 21, 121 Howard St. apt. #102, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Brandon Lee Dille, 21, of Colfax, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• Yelizaveta Treyger, 19, 114 S. Riverside Drive, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
