The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 3
- Tim Hackbarth, of 168 University Village, Apt. G, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime since Dec. 28.
- James Robinson III, 19, of Council Bluffs, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
- Officers were dispatched to a reported domestic disturbance at Frederiksen Court. Timothy Gamblin III, 23, of Bowling Green, Ky., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Jan. 4
- Jacob Flattery, of 7127 Buchanan Hall, reported damage to the tires on his vehicle.
- Matthew Nagel, 18, of 1589 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was released on citation.
- Alex Chang, 18, of 1589 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation.
Jan. 5
- Hallie Satre, of 7265 Willow Hall, reported the theft of a bike.
Jan. 6
- Eric Thomsen, 26, of 711 Beach Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated.
- Michael Hanlon, 19, of Paton, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
- An 18-year-old male was referred to DOT officials for a .02 civil violation.
- Zachary Wright, 22, of Huxley, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.
