Put on your shopping gear (helmets and elbow pads encouraged) and charge the malls early. These are the gifts that will sell out and are sure to make the headlines.
– Fisher Price Kid Tough Digital Camera – Move over Barbie! This camera is built kid tough and captures images with decent resolution.
– Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses Interactive “Let’s Dance” Genevieve Doll – The doll dances in three ways. The 12-inch doll can dance, teach you how to dance and also dance with you.
– Tickle Me Elmo TMX – It’s the Tickle Me Elmo Xtreme Edition, 10th anniversary. Elmo laughs and rolls around slapping his knee, and he simply can’t seem to get a grip. Target, 320 S. Duff Ave., has already sold out of the Elmo. However, “we’ll continue to replenish them as with any other hot items as fast as we can,” said store employee Brian Gilbreith.
– Microsoft’s Xbox 360 – The Xbox raves upgraded power, as well as improved controls and graphics.
– Digi Makeover from Radica Games – This digital camera allows girls to change hair and makeup with the touch of a button on its interactive touch pad.
– Bratz Forever Diamondz from MGA Entertainment – This line of plastic playmates includes a real diamond pendant – proving that BRATZ are a girl’s best friend.
– Wii from Nintendo – The uniqueness of the Wii is in its controller – its position can be detected in 3-D space.
