Oct. 15
– James Rogers, 20, Urbandale, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, fifth degree theft and criminal trespass.
– A 19-year-old female was referred to DOT
officials for a .02 civil violation.
Oct. 16
– David Pirtle, 52, of Minnesota, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
– Eric Seymour, 25, of 205 S. Fifth St. apt. #905, was arrested and charged with harassment of an official.
– Josh Yingst reported the theft of an equipment bag.
– A resident reported the theft of a wallet.
– An individual reported receiving a piece of suspicious mail.
– Nicholas Jensen reported damage to the finish of a parked car.
– Jason Bermel, 20, of Muscatine, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
– Kim Meehye reported the theft of a musical instrument from her office.
– A found cellular telephone was placed into secure storage until the owner can be located.
Oct. 17
– Ray Richmond, 35, of Tennessee, was arrested and charged with simple harassment.
– Shaun Strader, 25, 4112 Westbrook St. apt. #33, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation.
