Oct. 2

– Donald Schermerharn, 20, 115 Center St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for court.

Oct. 3

– Thomas Stone, 37, 516 N. Dakota Ave. apt. #47, was arrested on a warrant for fourth degree theft.

– Robert Colwell, 44, no permanent address, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

– Aaron Holz, 30, 4324 Westbrook Drive apt. #34, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
