The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 4

– Nicholas Hagness, 22, of Eagan, Minn., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and aggravated assault. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.

– An individual reported being verbally harassed by an unknown person.

Sept. 5

– Vehicles driven by Megan Orr and Shawna Simpson were involved in a personal injury collision.

– A student reported the theft of a wallet from residence hall room.
