The information in the log comes from the ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sept. 1
Joshua McBride, 22, of Clive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Jeremiah Johnson, 21, of 234 Hilltop Road, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Marjorie Gacioch, 21, of 258 N. Hyland Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Vehicles driven by Jessica Ewald and Michael Kimber were involved in a property damage collision.
A resident of Oak Hall reported being assaulted by an acquaintance.
A staff member reported that several people threw oranges at his vehicle.
A staff member reported that a man has been using the women’s restroom in the Durham Center on a regular basis.
A credit card found at the Armory was placed into secure storage until the owner can be located.
An individual reported being verbally harassed by an unknown person.
