The accusations against Campus Crusade for Christ in the March 24 letter “Cru ignores GSB bylaws with rule” were a blatant misrepresentation of the group.

When inspected at the Government of the Student Body meeting Wednesday, Cru was found to be in compliance with GSB’s finance rules. A question was brought up about whether Cru discriminated, and the answer satisfied GSB’s query.

Article III of Cru’s constitution states “Membership is open to anyone who has an active interest in Campus Crusade for Christ activities.” Any student is welcome to participate in its small groups, weekly meetings, social events and any other activities.
