All the information in the blotter comes from the ISU Police Department. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
February 24
Joshua Breeggemann, 19, 140 Lynn Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
Ernie Seemann, 33, Ottumwa, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
A staff member of Snedecor Hall reported receiving harassing telephone calls.
An officer reported damage to several vehicles.
Katie Krull, 3314 Larch Hall, reported the theft of approximately 200 CDs from a vehicle.
Wogahta Debesai, 44 Schilletter Village, reported the theft of a textbook.
Vehicles driven by Helen Speas and Gillian Bjerke were involved in a property damage collision.
An officer reported damage to several vehicles and the apparent theft of items from them.
Ronald Latson, 43, 320 S. Franklin St. apt. # 1, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.
Officers assisted an individual who was suffering from an alcohol overdose. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment and observation.
Spencer Schmidt, 19, 2403 Martin Hall, was arrested on warrants, charging him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol (second or subsequent offense). He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Eric Strenge, 19, 614 Billy Sunday Road. apt. # 311, was arrested on a warrant, charging him with indecent exposure. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
