February 9

Brandon Scott Toresdahl, 22, 1307 Coconino Road, was arrested and charged with simple domestic assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Erin Rae Blue, 21, 721 Wilson Ave., was arrested and charged with simple assault. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

David McGreal, 20, 1203 Eaton Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on site from Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Eric Hunt, 23, 1015 Clark Ave., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation in Polk County. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

February 10

Lance Alan Miller, 30, Ankeny, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. It was his second offense. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel Paredes, 19, 2823 Lincoln Way #2, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Andrew Archer, 23, 1304 Knapp St. #2, was arrested on a warrant. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Maurice Eugene Moore, 51, 2245 Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with no prescription. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Michael Joseph Burton, 23, 145 N. Hyland Ave. #2, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

Frances Anne Kelly-Malloy, 40, 301 Sunflower Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
