The election season for the Government of the Student Body is well underway.

Because of voiced conflicts with dates for last week’s candidate seminars, the GSB Election Commission has added an additional nine seminars for interested candidates during the next week. Attendance at one of these seminars is mandatory in order to be considered a candidate. They will take place:

11 p.m. to Noon Friday

9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday

10 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday

9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday

All meetings will take place in Room G27 in the West Student Office Space of the Memorial Union. Petitions for eligible candidates are available and can be picked up in the GSB Office Thursday morning.

Completed petitions must be submitted by Feb. 10 before campaigning can begin.
