Agriculture college to offer free pancakes
February 20, 2006
To honor National FFA week, several local celebrities will be flipping flapjacks at a free, all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The chefs will include ISU President Gregory Geoffroy, GSB President Angela Groh and both of the deans for the College of Agriculture.
Michael Cooley, sophomore in agricultural education and vice president of ISU Collegiate FFA, said the breakfast is free for all ISU students and faculty and will include a wide variety of breakfast foods.
“The breakfast will be held in the pavilion of Kildee and we will be serving pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice, milk and coffee,” he said.
