LETTER: Jensen and Faber: best slate for GSB
February 24, 2006
Coming up March 3 through 6, students will have the opportunity to vote in the annual Government of the Student Body elections.
Emily Jensen and Sara Faber offer a great combination of practical and creative ideas to make a difference on behalf of the student body. They also possess the experience and knowledge necessary to make a difference.
Jensen has served in various positions in the executive branch of GSB for the past three years. She has an excellent track record of tackling difficult projects with positive results. I have collaborated with her on various initiatives and she has proved to be an excellent and reliable resource because of her extensive experience.
Faber offers a fresh perspective because of her recent involvement with GSB. However, she is not without the vital leadership necessary to serve in the vice president position. Her active participation in other campus organizations has equipped her with essential leadership tools.
Together Jensen and Faber will be able to blend their strengths into a solid effort to enrich the experience of ISU students.
