All the information in the blotter comes from the arrest records of the Ames Police Department. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
February 23
Moreetsi Thobega, 36, 4 Schilletter Village, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Joseph Meyers, 35, 215 S. Franklin Ave., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Dustin Regan, 25, Josten, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Jeffrey Brewer, 37, no permanent address, was arrested and charged with theft. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Andrew Bormann, 20, 4625 Steinbeck St. apt. #4, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
February 24
Lucas Taylor, 20, 2621 Hartford Drive, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
William Yelvington, 28, 3209 Duff Ave., was arrested and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
Raul Ramires, 20, 2823 Lincoln Way apt. #2, was arrested and charged with being armed with intent to assault and aggravated assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
February 25
Tawana Mundell, 22, 1201 N. Dakota, was arrested and charged with trespassing and a warrant for assault. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
John Scott, 21, Minburn, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
