ISU Police Blotter

All the information in the blotter comes from the ISU Police Department. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
January 19
Mary Schloss, 7336 Frederiksen Court, reported damage to a windshield.
A student reported the theft of a purse near the Armory.
Jeremiah Evans, 3249 Welch Hall, reported the theft of a bike. The incident occurred sometime after Dec. 10.
January 20
A 17-year-old female was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated. She was referred to Juvenile Court Services and then released to the care and custody of her father.
A student reported damage to the tires on a vehicle.
A vehicle driven by Jonathan Evans struck a parked car.
A vehicle driven by Edward Steyer struck a tree.
Vehicles owned and/or driven by Julie Rastetter and Daniel Edwards were involved in a property damage collision.
Vehicles driven by Walter Nickel and John McFadden were involved in a property damage collision.
January 21
Officers assisted a woman who was suffering from an apparent alcohol overdose. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment.
Matthew Speers, 18, 1400 Coconino Road apt. #224, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Scot Enger, 18, 3714 Helser Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
Officers assisted a man who was suffering from an apparent alcohol overdose. The individual was transported to Mary Greeley Medical Center for treatment.
A vehicle that left the scene struck a light pole.
Ross Patrick, 22, 4912 Mortensen Road apt. #133, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was subsequently released on citation.
