ISU Police Blotter

All the information in the blotter comes from the arrest records of the ISU Police Department. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court law.
October 29
– Adam Tow, 20, Waukee, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
– Beau Knock, 19, 223 Crystal St. #311, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
– Joseph Siemers, 22, Sibley, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
– Benjamin Sherod, 20, 215 Jewel Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense underage possession of alcohol and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
– Eric Shedin, 23, Council Bluffs, was cited for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
– A Buchanan Hall resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance.
– Keri Elfritz, Waterloo, reported damage to a vehicle window.
October 30
– Alejandro Arturo Nieves-Santiago, 20, 4912 Mortensen Road #711, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
– Jeremy Meeks, 22, 3460 Royal Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was examined by paramedics and then transported to the Story County Justice Center.
– A Frederiksen Court resident reported damage to lights and window screens.
– Mark Kresser, 20, 5650 Friley Hall, arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Justice Center.
