ISU Police Blotter

All the information in the blotter comes from the arrest records of the Ames Police Department. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
October 23
– Michael Benefiel, 19, Colfax, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Matthew Harbour, 21, 517 E. Lincoln Way, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
October 24
– Misbukh Abbasi, 20, 1621 N. Dakota Ave., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
October 25
– Michael Harvey, 31, 518 Carroll Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released on citation to Mary Greeley Medical Center.
– William Spence, 31, Horn Lake, Miss., was arrested and charged with two counts of third degree burglary and two counts of theft. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Aaron Marr, 35, 1304 Idaho Ave., was arrested and charged with two counts of third degree burglary and two counts of theft. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Robert Diggs, 22, 823 Burnett Ave., was arrested on a warrant for serious assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
October 27
– Adrian Meyer, 21, 2103 Melrose Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Shelly Eschbach, 43, 1006 S. Dayton Ave. #56, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Warren Fuester, 19, 211 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender and harassment of a public official. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
– Scott Sayder, 26, 145 Hyland Ave. #1, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
October 28
– Danielle Pederson, 20, 3610 Ontario St., was arrested on a warrant for second degree theft. She was transported to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
