• Herbert Custer Jr., 50, 202 E. Lincoln Way #124, was arrested on a warrant for harassment. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Kelly Noelle Ashbum, 18, 2513 White Oak Dr., was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear for criminal mischief. She was released on $325 bond.

April 27

• Milton Riggenberg, 49, Calendar, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of precursors. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Brenda Riggenberg, 32, Calendar, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of precursors. She was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Scott D. Depristo, 23, 3326 Story St., was arrested on a warrant for third degree theft. He was taken to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
