April 11

• Officers checked the welfare of a student who had not been seen for several days at Frederiksen Court.

• Nick Heine, 8362 Larch Hall, reported the theft of a license plate in Lot 63. The incident occurred sometime since Saturday.

• Kristina Ashton, 3101 Buchanan Hall, reported the theft of a house vacuum from a den in Buchanan Hall. The incident occurred sometime since March 31.

April 12

• A student reported being assaulted by another motorist following a near traffic collision between the two on Pammel Drive. The investigation is continuing.

April 13

• Desmond Chester, 21, 4112 Lincoln Swing #304, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on the 100 block of Stanton Avenue. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• Vehicles driven by Amanda Berenguel and Laura Burrows were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 112.

• Officers responded to a personal injury accident involving Jeremy Hanson and Junan Min at the Administrative Services Building.

• A motorcycle being ridden by Russell Schneberger was involved in a property damage accident at Hyland Avenue and Pammel Drive.

• A student reported that gasoline had been siphoned out of her vehicle while it was parked in Lot 63.

April 14

• Brad Hansen, 20, 203 Ash Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication, filing a false report, possession of a false driver license and harassment of a public official on Lincoln Way. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Craig Chatriand in Lot 56.

• A staff member reported finding debris from discharged aerial fireworks at the Poultry Science Farm.

• Vehicles owned and/or driven by Mary Linnenbrink and Ivadell Walton were involved in a property damage collision in Lot S1.

April 15

• Michael Robinson, 20, 4204 Roberts Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts at Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• Ryan Hardisty, 20, Lorimor, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on the 100 block of Campus Avenue. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• Jesus Cruz, 31, 126 Hickory Drive, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Hyland Avenue and West Street. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• Officers received a report that a person who had been banned from being in any residence hall was inside Roberts Hall. Adam Scarlett, 19, of Des Moines, was subsequently arrested charged with criminal trespass and interference with official acts. He was transported to the Story County Jail.

• Vehicles driven by Catherine Hauck and Ashlie Wiebbecke were involved in a property damage collision in Lot 23.

• Vehicles driven by Carl Schwichtenberg and Ronald Reutter were involved in a property damage collision at Pammel Drive and Bissell Road.

• Jordan Chandler, 19, 622 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 300 block of Welch Avenue.

• Matthew Wille, 19, 5222 Willow Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 500 block of Welch Avenue.

• Matthew Bauer, 20, 125 Campus Ave. #15, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 100 block of Campus Avenue.

• Daniel Stewart, 20, Rock Rapids, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Campus Avenue.

• Jonathan Fisher, 20, 2922 West St. #2, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Howard Avenue and West Street.

• Matthew Kreuder, 19, 5328 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Howard Avenue and West Street.
