The information in the log comes from ISU Police Department records provided to the Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 31
- Vehicles driven by Robert Sturm and Larry Fullerton were involved in a property damage collision at Veterinary Medicine.
- A resident reported being harassed by an acquaintance in University Village.
- A vehicle that left the scene struck a car owned by Laura Smith in Lot S6. The incident occurred sometime between March 20 and March 27.
- A man reported being verbally harassed by an unknown person in Beyer Hall. The incident occurred in front of the building.
April 1
- Nkereuwem Tim, 22, 4537 Twain Circle, was arrested and charged with second offense operating while intoxicated, driving while revoked and aggravated interference at Stanton Avenue and Lincoln Way. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- Sean Flood, 21, 1300 Gateway Hills Drive #208, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated at Bissell Road and Marston Court. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- A staff member reported a student had been disruptive in class in the Scheman Building.
- A staff member reported finding drug paraphernalia in Pammel Woods. The items were placed in secure storage.
- A resident reported receiving a check on a closed account in Eaton Hall. The incident occurred during August 2004.
- Officers assisted a resident who was experiencing emotional problems in Roberts Hall.
- A vehicle was towed from 13th Street after the driver was issued citations for excessive speed, no drivers license and failing to provide proof of security.
- Christopher Ohm, 30, Marshfield, Wis., was arrested and charged with filing a false report with law enforcement authorities, a serious misdemeanor. Ohm had reported receiving a number of telephone calls consisting of serious threats of physical violence directed toward an acquaintance. It was later determined that Ohm placed calls to himself to make it appear the threats were being made by someone else. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
April 2
- Rodney Ellingson, 20, 5249 Willow Hall, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, interference with official acts, an aggravated misdemeanor of criminal mischief and intimidation with a dangerous weapon, which is a Class C felony, at Union Drive and Lincoln Way. Ellingson was apprehended after throwing a large rock into the windshield of a moving police vehicle. He was transported to the Story County Jail.
- Jordashe Johnson, 4708 Steinbeck, reported damage to a tire in Lot 65.
- Vehicles owned and/or driven by Christine Meyer and Zachary Rudd were involved in a property damage collision in the Memorial Union Ramp.
April 3
- Matthew Vais, 19, Exira, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Friley Hall.
- A resident reported receiving harassing e-mails from an acquaintance in Buchanan Hall.
- Julia Sweet, 8419 Wilson Hall, reported the theft of a license plate at South 4th Street and Elwood Drive.
